Registration

To join the conference, please register following the instructions reported in the registration system linked below. Students (PhD, MSc, and undergraduate) should provide a certificate of their status to finalise their registration. Such a certificate should be uploaded during the registration.

Important: the secretariat will issue a single invoice which will include all services purchased item by item; if you require a different invoice format please write to orahs2024@promoest.com.

If interested, you can book accommodation when registering for the conference by selecting one of the listed hotels. Alternatively, you can find your own accommodation via Trivago or Airbnb.

Fees for optional events:

Doctoral Colloquium (only for “Full Conference – Student” registered PhDs): €100
Excursion Mont Blanc (for all participants): €85 until 15th of May 2024, €95 after.
- Activated with at least 40 registered participants by May 30th, 2024; if this number is not reached, all those who have selected and paid for the service will be reimbursed in full.

Please note that the registration process allows you to add the following services after the usual registration: fees for the Doctoral Colloquium, Accompanying people and Monte Bianco Daily Trip can also be added once after completing the full conference registration.
